We are working hard to connect with the you, yes you!
Kelly and I have seen a increase in the number of businesses with a great social media presence. Though most of our local businesses use social media, when it comes to cleaning companies, its few and far between. Not only is social media a fun way to interact and keep up with locals, it also connects us to people we would likely never get the opportunity to reach. Most people with smart phones are checking their Twitter and Facebook accounts every chance they get,
so why do companies pass up on this amazing free opportunity?
To answer that question, I would have to say they are either not yet on the internet (likely a company that doesn't e-mail or have a website, and yes they are still around), or most unfortunately they simply don't care about interacting with you. Sadly a business that doesn't care about your life enough to reach out to you, is a business that won't care about the service they are providing you. We have seen this first hand.
I can not stress to you enough how important it is for us to be ahead of other businesses in this social and relational realm, and to be constantly pushing forward to stay relevant to the people in whom you are desiring to serve. Not only have Kelly and I seen the importance of being relevant to our customers in our business, but we also strive to do our best in our own personal lives to be people moving forward. Yes, we may not have the coolest cars or the biggest home, but we give everything in our lives 110% of our effort. Interacting with our community is a vital step to making our business/ and lives relatable and real to you.
CLEAN.(@thecleanco) is new to Twitter, well at least a year in, so we are still learning how to provide content you are interested in. My wife/ Owner and Operator as well is even newer, but seems to be coming along just great. She tweets a lot about local food, business, and me which is my favorite. you can follow her here,

Someone recently gave me a tip that I have found to be the most valuable tip to making our business sucessfull. She said be yourself in your business. Simple, and easy to do. She obviously is a genius! When we are ourselves, our passion for our business and people flows out naturally. Manufacturing a fake personality that is generic and not really you, but only business, is the biggest mistake you can make. I can guarantee you people will see through the facade.
If your follow CLEAN. on Twitter, you may have noticed we tweet about things other than business. Not because we don't have enough business to tweet about, but because we have a life to that is filled with so much more than making money from our business. We want to you to know we are inviting you into our lives as well as our business, because once again, our lives are where the passion comes from.
More than anything, we would love to connect with you! Your comments and feedback ARE SO valuable to us.
Though we are a business, we are still real people, living real lives, loving our city and its people.
WE PROMISE to be the best cleaning company you know. Thanks for reading!
